Formers

Cut from 5 ply finnish birch plywood using cnc waterjet accuracy very good epoxy varnished with fairleads installed and harkeware kit.

Spars

Made from aircraft grade sitka spruce. Improved design with 39 1/2" long doubler plates at the strut attach point instead of 14" long. Also fish mouthed on the ends instead of cut off straight. Butt plates scarfed in instead of with a void left by the planer as on the originals. All drilled & varnished with 3 coats of epoxy spar varnish. Use your old bushings.

Floorboards

STRINGERS

Sold as "Stock". You have to cut the ends using the drawings provided and varnish.

EXTEROR BAGGAGE DOOR KIT

Provides easy acess to the baggage area and the battery. Installed on the right side of the fuselage. This door is framed in aluminum and is installed with no welding. Hinged on the front with Hartwell latches on the rear. - $499.00 kit

SPAR INSECTION HOLES & COVERS

For spar inspection. Kit includes 2 for 1 wing. The kit is to install 2 holes in the top of each wing to facilitate Spar inspection per A2 2000-25-02. - $99.00 set

DOOR LATCHES

The door latches for the left side swing out window & the top of the door was a Ford part, part #C60Z-6222916A. Ford has long since run out of these. We had a tool & die maker duplicate these for us. We also went a step further and had them make a right handed one for the top of the door so you don't have to turn your hand backwards to unlatch the top of the door.
